Description
Endurance Energy Isotonic Energy Gel in Lemon & Lime is a gel supplied in individual sachets, packed 20 x 60g per box. Each sachet is a single 60g serving.
The ingredients are water, maltodextrin (33%), magnesium lactate, xanthan gum, acidity regulators (citric acid, tri sodium citrate), natural flavouring, preservatives (potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate), sweetener (sucralose) and sodium chloride. Per 60g serving, the gel provides 23g of carbohydrates, of which 0g are sugars, along with magnesium from magnesium lactate and sodium from sodium chloride.
No common allergens are declared on the label. The product is suitable for vegan and vegetarian diets and is lactose free.

Mandatory information
Consume orally 1-3 gels per 60 minutes during exercise to maximise carbohydrate utilisation and support exercise performance. Energy gels do not need to be consumed with water to be effective. Ensure you keep hydrated.
