The ingredients are water, maltodextrin (33%), magnesium lactate, xanthan gum, acidity regulators (citric acid, tri sodium citrate), natural flavouring, preservatives (potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate), sweetener (sucralose) and sodium chloride. Per 100g the gel provides 665 kJ / 159 kcal, 0g fat, 38.5g carbohydrate, 0g sugars, 0g protein, 333mg salt, 202mg chloride, 167mg magnesium and 131.2mg sodium, along with vitamin B3 (9.0mg), vitamin B5 (3.0mg), vitamin B6 (1.0mg), vitamin B2 (0.8mg), vitamin B1 (0.7mg) and vitamin B12 (0.5µg).

The label states no allergens are contained or may be present. The product is suitable for vegan, vegetarian, gluten free and lactose free diets.
