Description
This is a powder supplied in a 390g (13.76 oz) pack, which the label states is 30 servings. Each scoop is a 13g serving.
The powder contains an Essential Amino Acid Complex of L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine, L-Valine, L-Lysine HCl, L-Threonine, L-Histidine HCl, L-Phenylalanine, L-Methionine and L-Tryptophan, providing 8g per serving. It also contains a Hydration Complex of Taurine, Calci-K (Calcium Potassium Phosphate Citrate), Raw Coconut Water Concentrate and AstraGin, providing 1.5g per serving. Additional minerals include calcium, phosphorus, magnesium, sodium and potassium as Calci-K, magnesium glycinate and sodium bicarbonate. Other ingredients listed are citric acid, natural and artificial flavors, maltodextrin, silicon dioxide, sucralose and acesulfame K.
The label states this product contains tree nuts (coconut) and is lactose free.

Mandatory information
Shake container before each use. Mix 1 scoop into 10-16 oz of cold water and drink between meals. On training days consume 1 serving during your workout or immediately after. On non-training days mix 1 scoop into 10-16 oz of cold water and drink anytime. For best results use daily.
