Jarrow Formulas DIM + CDG combines Diindolylmethane (DIM) and Calcium D-Glucarate (CDG) in a single veggie capsule. Each serving delivers 250 mg of Calcium D-Glucarate alongside 25 mg of Diindolylmethane within a proprietary complex.

DIM is a naturally occurring compound derived from cruciferous vegetables, while Calcium D-Glucarate (CDG) is a calcium salt of D-glucaric acid found in many fruits and vegetables. Together, they are combined in a formula intended to be used as part of a balanced diet and healthy lifestyle. The DIM is delivered via a proprietary complex that includes phosphatidylcholine and tocophersolan.

This product is 100% vegan, free from gluten and all major allergens, and is encapsulated in a plant-based hydroxypropylmethylcellulose capsule — making it suitable for a wide range of dietary lifestyles.

Capsule shell: Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, water.
