Description

This is a powder supplied in a 360g pack, stated on the label as 80 servings. This is the unflavoured variant. Each serving size is 4.5g, providing 3.5g of creatine monohydrate.

The ingredients are micronised creatine monohydrate, maltodextrin, anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide), magnesium oxide, vitamin C (ascorbic acid), iron (ferrous fumarate), vitamin E (DL-alpha tocopheryl acetate), vitamin B3 (nicotinamide), zinc oxide, vitamin A (retinyl acetate), vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine), thiamin, riboflavin, folic acid, potassium iodide, vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin) and sweetener (sucralose). The label notes that flavouring and colouring (beetroot) are present in the Mixed Berry variant only, and that ingredients may vary slightly between flavours.

The label states this product may contain cereals containing gluten, eggs, milk, nuts, peanuts and soya.

Mandatory information

Add 1 serving (1 level scoop – 4.5g) to 200–500ml of water or juice. Consume once daily, preferably before or after your workout.
