Creatine + Hydration, Blue Raspberry is a powder supplied in a 360g pack, providing 30 servings. Each serving is 12g and provides 5000mg of creatine monohydrate, 800mg of total electrolytes and 500mg of Aquamin™ marine minerals.

The ingredient list includes creatine monohydrate, coconut water powder, taurine, potassium citrates, citric acid, malic acid, magnesium bisglycinate, Aquamin™, flavouring, maltodextrin, calcium bisglycinate, Himalayan pink salt, Irish sea moss extract (15:1) and sodium citrates. It also contains vitamin C, colours (carrot, hibiscus), an anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide), zinc bisglycinate, a sweetener (sucralose), niacin, pantothenic acid, vitamin B6, thiamine, vitamin D3 and vitamin B12.

The label states no common allergens are included, though the product is produced in a facility that handles milk, soy, egg, fish, celery and cereals containing gluten. It is suitable for vegan, vegetarian and lactose free diets.
