Mandatory information
As a dietary supplement for adults performing high-intensity exercise, take one serving (1 scoop / 4 g) 20–30 minutes before or after a workout with at least 8–12 fl oz (240–360 mL) of water. On non-workout days, consume a serving when convenient. Do not exceed 2 servings per day.
