Description
Creakong is a powder supplied in a 1000 g pack, stated on the label to provide approximately 250 servings of 4 g each. Each 4 g serving consists of the Mutant CREAKONG Creatine Blend, a combination of creatine monohydrate, creatine-magnesium chelate and tri-creatine citrate.
The blend makes up 100 g per 100 g of powder, meaning the entire product is composed of this creatine blend. It is produced in a facility that handles milk, soy, fish (collagen) and tree nut (coconut).
Creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high intensity exercise.
