Preparation of infusion: 2.5 g (1 teaspoon) of dried Borututu roots — pour a glass of boiling water (preferably in a thermos) and steep for approximately 45 minutes. Use: 1 glass 2 times daily (in the morning 1 hour before breakfast and in the evening just before bedtime). Prophylactically for a minimum of 2 months or 2 times a year. Daily serving: 5 g.
