Description

This is a liquid supplement supplied in a 32 fl oz (946 ml) bottle, with a strawberry flavor. Each 30 ml serving (one capful) provides Vitamin D3 (as Cholecalciferol) 10.6 µg (425 IU), Calcium (as Tri-Calcium Phosphate, Calcium Citrate, Calcium Gluconate) 1200 mg, Iron (from ITM) 0.4 mg, Phosphorus (from Tri-Calcium Phosphate) 675 mg, Magnesium (from Magnesium Citrate, ITM) 600 mg, Zinc (as Zinc Gluconate) 15 mg, Chloride (from ITM) 75 mg, Sodium (from ITM) 5 mg, Ionic Trace Minerals (ITM) Complex 435 mg, and Boron (from ITM) 275 µg.

Other ingredients are purified water, natural vegetable glycerin, natural strawberry flavor, citric acid, phosphoric acid, xanthan gum, potassium benzoate and potassium sorbate. Mandatory information

Shake vigorously. Take 1 to 2 tablespoons (one capful = 2 tablespoons = 30 ml) daily, to top off or fully supplement your diet. As this is a highly concentrated product, we recommend starting with 1 tablespoon and increasing as needed, ideally spread throughout the day. We also recommend taking this product mixed into or with a large glass of liquid for the best isotonic balance. Rinse cap after each use.
