C4 Performance Energy, Millions Apple flavour, is a carbonated liquid supplied in a pack of 12 x 500 ml cans.

The ingredients include niacin, vitamin B12, carbonated water, acidity regulators (malic acid, citric acid), L-arginine (0.21%), taurine (0.21%), natural flavouring, betaine (BetaPower) (0.05%), sweeteners (sucralose, steviol glycosides from Stevia), caffeine anhydrous, nicotinamide and cyanocobalamin. The label states the product contains negligible amounts of fat, saturates, carbohydrates, sugars, protein and salt.

Each 500 ml can provides 7.50 mg of niacin and 1.30 µg of vitamin B12. No allergens are explicitly declared on the label.
