Description

This BCAA powder is supplied in a 390g pack, stated on the label as 30 servings. Each serving is 13g, mixed into a drink.

The ingredient declaration lists BCAA 2:1:1 (L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine, L-Valine) with lecithin emulsifier, acidity regulators citric acid, malic acid and tri-sodium citrate, resistant dextrin, flavouring, L-glutamine, coconut water powder, magnesium citrate, sweeteners acesulfame K and sucralose, mono potassium phosphate, anti-caking agent calcium silicate, additional L-isoleucine and L-valine, vitamins B3, B6, B1 and B12, and the colour allura red. Per serving the powder provides 7g of BCAA 2:1:1 and approximately 1g of L-glutamine, along with approximately 500mg of coconut water powder.

The label states it may contain milk, gluten, egg, crustaceans, fish, soy, celery, sulphites and mustard.

May contain Milk, Gluten, Egg, Crustaceans, Fish, Soy, Celery, Sulphites and Mustard.

Mandatory information

Add 1 level scoop of powder (13g) to 500ml of water, during or after high intensity exercise. Alternatively, it can be added to a water bottle and consumed throughout the day. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose of two servings (2 x 13g).
