Description

Ashwagandha Stress Relief combines two ingredients — Ashwagandha Extract (Withania somnifera) and Lactium® (Casein Hydrolysate / Bioactive Milk Peptides) — in a convenient vegetable capsule. Each serving delivers 300 mg of a standardised Ashwagandha root and leaf extract (min. 2.5% Total Withanolides) alongside 150 mg of the Lactium® peptide complex.

The formula is encapsulated in a hypromellose (cellulose) vegetable capsule and is produced in a GMP-certified facility, ensuring consistent quality and purity. With 60 capsules per pack, this product provides a convenient supply at the recommended daily intake of one capsule one to two times per day.

Ingredients Casein Hydrolysate (Bioactive Milk Peptides) (Lactium®) 150 mg, Ashwagandha Extract (Withania somnifera) (Root and Leaf) (min. 2.5% Total Withanolides) 300 mg. Other Ingredients: Hypromellose (cellulose capsule), Stearic Acid (vegetable source) and Silicon Dioxide. Capsule shell: Hypromellose (cellulose capsule)

Mandatory information

Take 1 capsule 1 to 2 times daily, with or without food.
