Osavi Ashwagandha + Rhodiola & Ginseng combines four standardised botanical extracts into a single convenient vegan capsule. At the heart of the formula is KSM-66® Ashwagandha — a full-spectrum root extract standardised to a minimum of 5% withanolides — alongside Rhodiola rosea, Siberian ginseng (Eleutherococcus senticosus), and Korean ginseng (Panax ginseng).
