5-HTP – 60 vcaps

Apollo's Hegemony 5-HTP delivers 150 mg of 5-hydroxytryptophan per capsule, derived from a standardised 30% extract of African black bean seed ( Griffonia simplicifolia ). Each pack contains 60 vegetable capsules, providing a full two-month supply at the recommended daily serving.

5-Hydroxytryptophan (5-HTP) is a naturally occurring amino acid and a direct precursor to serotonin in the human body. This product is formulated with a clean, minimal excipient base — rice starch and cellulose — and is encapsulated in a hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (HPMC) shell, making it suitable for vegans and vegetarians.

The dosage recommendation notes that the product can be taken with a meal for the purpose of reducing food intake, in line with standard usage guidance for 5-HTP-based supplements.
