Description

Source7 Protein, Chocolate Gelato flavor, is a powder supplied in a 2250g pack. Each scoop is approximately 39 g and provides 170 kcal, 22 g of protein, 4.5 g of total fat, 9 g of total carbohydrates and 5 g of sugars, along with 10 g of essential amino acids, 7 g of conditionally essential amino acids and 4 g of non-essential amino acids.

The protein blend is made up of whey protein concentrate, whey protein isolate, native whey protein isolate, whey protein hydrolysate, micellar casein, milk protein isolate and pea protein. The creamer component contains sunflower oil, maltodextrin, sodium caseinate, silicon dioxide, monoglycerides and mixed tocopherols. The formula also includes natural and artificial flavors, edible glitter (gum arabic, FD&C Red #3, FD&C Red #40, FD&C Blue #1, FD&C Yellow #5), xanthan gum, cellulose gum, soy and/or sunflower lecithin, salt, sucralose and acesulfame potassium.

The label states this product contains milk and soy.

Mandatory information

Mix about one scoop of Source 7 Protein with 6–8 oz. of cold water, milk, or your favorite beverage in a blender, shaker cup, or a glass with a spoon. For added variety, blend with fruit or mix into cereal or yogurt.
