Description

Sleep Optimizer is supplied in capsule form, with 60 veggie capsules per container, providing 30 servings of 2 capsules each. Each serving contains Valerian Root Complex (Valeriana officinalis) 400 mg, L-Tryptophan (TryptoPure®) 300 mg, Hops Strobile Complex (Humulus lupulus L.) 100 mg, Lemon Balm Leaf Complex (Melissa officinalis) 100 mg, PharmaGABA® (Gamma-Aminobutyric Acid) 100 mg and Melatonin 0.3 mg.

The other ingredients are maltodextrin, silicon dioxide and magnesium stearate (vegetable source). The capsule shell is made from hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (water).

The label states the product contains no wheat, gluten, soybeans, dairy, egg, fish/shellfish, peanuts/tree nuts or sesame. It is labeled Vegan, Vegetarian, Gluten free and Lactose free.
