Description
Nutricost BCAA is supplied in capsule form, with 60 capsules per container and 500 mg per capsule. A serving size is listed as 2 capsules, with 30 servings per container.
Each serving provides a BCAA blend of 1,000 mg in a 2:1:1 ratio, consisting of L-Leucine 500 mg, L-Isoleucine 250 mg and L-Valine 250 mg. The capsule shell is gelatin, and the remaining ingredients are rice flour, magnesium stearate (vegetable source) and microcrystalline cellulose.
