Description

Complete Omega Junior is supplied as mini soft gels, with 180 soft gels per container. A serving size is 2 soft gels, giving 90 servings per container, and each serving provides 10 calories, 1 g total fat, 283 mg total omega-3s (135 mg EPA, 90 mg DHA, 58 mg other omega-3s), 120 mg omega-6s (35 mg GLA) and 115 mg omega-9s (90 mg OA).

The ingredients are purified deep sea fish oil from anchovies and sardines, borage seed oil, natural lemon flavor, d-alpha tocopherol and rosemary extract. The soft gel capsule is made from gelatin, glycerin, water and natural lemon flavor.

The label states this product contains fish (anchovies, sardines) and advises caution if allergic to iodine. It is labeled gluten free and lactose free.
