Hydra-Charge, Lemon Lime is a powder supplied in a 294 g (10.37 oz) pack, providing 60 servings. Each scoop is approximately 4.9 g and is mixed into a beverage before use.

Each serving provides Taurine 1000 mg, Coconut Water Powder 500 mg, and Spectra™ Antioxidant Blend (fruit, vegetable & herbal extracts) 100 mg, along with Sodium (as Sodium Citrate) 75 mg, Potassium (as Dipotassium Phosphate) 100 mg, Calcium (as Calcium Citrate) 50 mg, Magnesium (as Magnesium Citrate) 26 mg, and Phosphorus (as Dipotassium Phosphate) 75 mg. Other ingredients include Citric Acid, Natural Flavor, Sodium Citrate, Tartaric Acid, Dipotassium Phosphate, Calcium Citrate, Magnesium Citrate, Calcium Silicate, Silicon Dioxide, Steviol Glycosides, Sucralose, and Turmeric Root Extract (Color).
