It contains a Particle-Sized Essential Amino Acid IR (Immediate Release) Proprietary Matrix of 5.0 g per serving, made up of L-Leucine, L-Threonine, L-Tryptophan, L-Phenylalanine, L-Isoleucine, L-Tyrosine, L-Valine, L-Methionine, L-Leucine Malate, L-Histidine, L-Lysine and L-Cysteine.

Each serving also contains a 250 mg Extended Time Release Proprietary Anti-Catabolic and Insulinogenic Matrix of Green Coffee Bean Extract (caffeine free) and Bitter Melon Extract, along with Vitamin B1 (Thiamin), Vitamin B3 (Niacin), Vitamin B6, Vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin), Calcium Carbonate, Magnesium Citrate and Zinc Gluconate. Other ingredients listed are Sucralose, Malic Acid, Acesulfame Potassium, Maltodextrin, Gum Acacia, Natural Flavor and Silicon Dioxide (as Anti-Caking Agent).

Mandatory information

When Used To Supplement Protein Intake: Mix one (1) scoop with 8-10 ounces of cold water, 20 minutes prior to exercise or competition, and immediately after. Drink one to two (1-2) servings three to six (3-6) times daily. For best results always drink one to two (1-2) servings 20 minutes prior to exercise or competition, and immediately after. Athletes may drink up to two (2) servings per use, up to six (6) times daily, at least two (2) hours apart. HumaPro may be enjoyed with meals to improve nutrient partitioning potential. Ingest 25 minutes prior to any other proteins or amino acids and at least 2 hours after any meal or drink containing protein or amino acids.
