HR Labs Defib Advanced Pre Workout Catalyst is a heavily dosed, research-driven pre-training powder formulated specifically for experienced athletes who demand more from their supplementation. Available in a refreshing Iced Blue Slush flavour, each 420g tub provides 40 single-scoop servings or 20 full two-scoop servings, giving you the flexibility to tailor your intake to your own tolerance and training intensity.

The formula brings together a comprehensive blend of well-researched ingredients including Citrulline Malate 2:1, Beta Alanine at a clinical 3.2g dose (two scoops), Betaine Anhydrous, and Taurine, complemented by the Peak O2™ Adaptogenic Mushroom Complex delivering 2g per two-scoop serving. Caffeine Anhydrous contributes 200mg per serving at the two-scoop dose, while speciality trademarked extracts — RhodioPrime™ 6X Rhodiola Rosea, EnXtra® Alpinia Galanga, Amentopump® Selaginella Tamariscina, and AstraGin® — round out the stack.

Defib is designed for advanced trainers who want a fully loaded pre-workout experience. It mixes easily into 250–350ml of water and is recommended for consumption 20–30 minutes before training. Please read all dosage and warning information carefully before use.

Mandatory information

Defib V3 is a highly dosed, research driven pre-workout formulated for advanced trainers. Please consider your own tolerance levels prior to use. We recommend taking one scoop (10.5g) mixed with 250–350ml of water 20–30 minutes prior to training. Advanced users may benefit from taking two scoops (21g) in the same way. Optimal dosages of active ingredients attained at two scoops. Do not exceed more than 2 servings in any 24hr period. Do not use within 5hrs of intended sleep.
