Description

This is a liquid supplement supplied in an 8 fl oz (237 ml) bottle, with 96 servings per container at a serving size of 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 ml). Each serving provides 325–750 IU of vitamin A, 0–10 IU of vitamin D, 15 IU of vitamin E (d-alpha tocopherol), 205 mg of EPA, 313 mg of DHA, 113 mg of other omega-3s, and a total omega-3 content listed as 530 mg on the label (measured at approximately 631 mg). Oleic acid (omega-9) is also present.

The ingredients are purified arctic cod liver oil, natural strawberry flavor, d-alpha tocopherol, and rosemary extract as a natural preservative. The label states no gluten, milk derivatives, or synthetic dyes. The product contains fish (cod).
