Description

Magnesium Citrate is supplied in tablet form, with 120 tablets per container. Each tablet provides 200 mg of magnesium (as magnesium citrate), and a serving of 2 tablets provides 400 mg (95% Nutrient Reference Value).

The other ingredients are vegetable cellulose, vegetable stearic acid, silica and vegetable glycerin. The label states the product is free of gluten, wheat, dairy, soy, yeast, sugar, artificial flavor, sweetener and color.
