Description
Pumpage by Trained by JP is a stimulant-free pre-workout powder formulated without caffeine. Formulated in a refreshing Sour Cherry flavour, each 400g tub delivers 40 standard servings (10g each) or 20 double servings (20g each), giving you the flexibility to dial in your serving size based on training intensity.
At the heart of Pumpage is 6000mg of L-Citrulline per single scoop, along with 2000mg of Betaine Anhydrous, 2000mg of Taurine, and 5000mg of GlycerSize™ (Glycerol 65% Powder). The formula also includes PeakO2®, a blend of six mushrooms (Cordyceps, Reishi, Lion's Mane and more), and the S7® blend, which contains green coffee bean, green tea, turmeric, tart cherry, blueberry, broccoli and kale extracts.
Pumpage is designed to be stacked seamlessly with other Trained by JP products such as DIAL-IN or JPRE STIM, making it a versatile addition to your pre-training routine. Suitable for vegans and vegetarians, this powder mixes easily with water for a convenient, great-tasting pre-workout experience.

Mandatory information
Mix 1 scoop (10g) with 250–300ml water and consume before training. Can be combined with DIAL-IN or JPRE STIM.
