Description

Nutricost Magnesium Complex is supplied in capsule form, with 30 capsules per container. Each capsule provides 500 mg of magnesium from magnesium oxide, magnesium citrate and magnesium glycinate.

The capsule shell is made from gelatin. The remaining ingredients are magnesium stearate (vegetable source), microcrystalline cellulose and silica. The label does not explicitly state allergens, though the capsule shell is gelatin, an animal-derived ingredient.
