This multivitamin is supplied in tablet form, with 60 tablets per container and a serving size of 2 tablets, giving 30 servings per container. Per 2-tablet serving it provides Vitamin A (3,000 µg), Vitamin C (250 mg), Vitamin D3 (20 µg), Vitamin E (100 mg), Thiamin (80 mg), Riboflavin (80 mg), Vitamin B12 (40 µg) and Magnesium (420 mg), along with a Antioxidant Activity Blend (395 mg) containing Inositol, Taurine, Alpha Lipoic Acid, Quercetin, Betaine HCl, Citrus Bioflavonoid Complex, Rutin and L-Carnitine, and a Plant-Powered Herbal Blend (200 mg) containing Cinnamon (bark) and Fenugreek (seed).

Other ingredients listed are cellulose, stearic acid, hydroxypropyl cellulose, sodium croscarmellose, hypromellose, magnesium stearate, silica, glycerin and gelatin.

The label states this product is free from yeast-derived ingredients, dairy, and artificial colors, with no added iron, and it is lactose free.
