Natures Way Alive!® Daily Energy Complete Multivitamin (60 Tablets)

This multivitamin is supplied in tablet form, with 60 tablets per container. Each tablet provides thiamin (Vitamin B1) 3.6 mg, riboflavin (Vitamin B2) 3.9 mg, niacin 32 mg, Vitamin B6 5.1 mg, folate 400 µg DFE (240 µg folic acid), Vitamin B12 12 µg, biotin 30 µg, pantothenic acid 5 mg, Vitamin C 135 mg, along with Vitamin D3, Vitamin E, iron, zinc and selenium.

Each tablet also contains a 100 mg Orchard Fruits & Garden Veggies Powder Blend, made up of beet, apple, pomegranate, carrot, orange, asparagus, Brussels sprout, cabbage, cucumber, pea, pear, pumpkin, tomato, blueberry, banana, cranberry, pineapple, strawberry, raspberry, acai, plum, cauliflower, cherry, grape, broccoli and spinach. Other ingredients are cellulose, stearic acid, magnesium stearate, silica, hypromellose, glycerin and gelatin.

The label states the product is free from gluten, wheat, soy, dairy, and artificial colors, and notes that it contains gelatin.
