The other ingredients are tapioca syrup, cane sugar, purified water, pectin, natural flavor, medium chain triglycerides, citric acid, citrus fiber, beta-carotene color, sodium hydrogen malate and sunflower lecithin. The label states the product does not contain gluten, gelatin, wheat, dairy, egg or peanut.

Each serving of 2 gummies contains 20 calories, 4g of total carbohydrate, 3g of total sugars (including 3g added sugars), and 10mg of sodium.
