Natures Aid Cod Liver Oil 1000 mg (90 Softgels)

This product is cod liver oil supplied in softgel form, with 90 softgels per pack. Each softgel contains 1000mg of Pure Cod Liver Oil, providing 254mg of omega-3 fatty acids, of which 80mg is Eicosapentaenoic Acid (EPA) and 90mg is Docosahexaenoic Acid (DHA). Each softgel also provides 800μg RE of Vitamin A (100% Nutrient Reference Value) and 5μg of Vitamin D (100% Nutrient Reference Value).

The ingredients are Pure Cod (fish) Liver Oil, Gelatin (Bovine), Glycerine, Vitamin A Palmitate and Vitamin D3 Prep. (Cholecalciferol in Vegetable Oil). The label states the product contains fish (cod) and no artificial colours or flavours, and contains no GMO, gluten, wheat, yeast, dairy, lactose, soya, salt, sugar or starch.
