Mandatory information

Mix 1 scoop (7g) or 2 scoops (14g) with 200–250ml of cold water. Start with 1 scoop to assess tolerance due to high stimulant content. Consume 20–30 minutes before training. Do not exceed 2 scoops within a 24-hour period.
