Description

Magnesium is supplied in tablet form, with 180 tablets per pack. Each tablet provides 375 mg of magnesium, equivalent to 100% of the Nutrient Reference Value.

The ingredient list includes magnesium oxide together with bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose), glazing agents (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, polydextrose), anti-caking agents (stearic acid, magnesium stearate), colour (calcium carbonate), thickener (sodium carboxymethylcellulose) and medium chain triglycerides. The label does not explicitly declare any allergens.
