Description
ISO-XP, Cafe Latte is a whey protein isolate powder supplied in a 1800g pack, stated as 72 servings. Each serving is 25g, mixed into a drink.
The ingredients are Whey Protein Isolate (Milk) at 97%, which contains sunflower lecithin as an emulsifier, along with natural flavouring, caramel colour (E150c) and the sweetener sucralose.
Per 100g the product provides 1636 kJ / 380 kcal, 0.24g fat (of which 0.04g saturates), 0.38g carbohydrate (of which 0.10g sugars) and approximately 93.6g protein. Per 25g serving this is 384 kJ / 90 kcal, 0.06g fat (of which 0.01g saturates), 0.09g carbohydrate (of which 0.03g sugars), approximately 22g protein, and 0.1g lactose. The product contains milk and is made in a facility that handles milk, egg, soy, fish and cereals containing gluten.

Mandatory information
Mix 1 scoop (approximately 25g) with 200ml of water or skimmed milk. Use 1–3 servings daily, depending on your protein requirements. ISO-XP is rapidly absorbed, so the optimal times to use it are when you need protein fast. This includes immediately upon waking before breakfast, and immediately after exercise. After training, many athletes take a double serving (50g) as the body is able to process a larger amount of protein in its depleted state. *Scoops are estimated only, weighing scales are recommended.
