This product is supplied as a powder in individual stick packs, with 16 stick packs per box and 6.4 g per stick pack. Each stick pack is designed to be mixed into a drink.

The formula includes taurine, magnesium citrate, sodium citrate, Himalayan sea salt, choline bitartrate, potassium chloride, Calci-K (calcium potassium phosphate-citrate), CocOganic coconut fruit water powder, ascorbic acid (vitamin C), niacin (vitamin B3), calcium pantothenate (vitamin B5), pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6), cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12), AstraGin, and spirulina extract used for color. Other ingredients include citric acid, malic acid, natural and artificial flavors, pink Himalayan salt, sucralose, silicon dioxide, calcium silicate, fruit and vegetable juice for color, and acesulfame potassium.

Each stick pack provides 1,000 mg of taurine, 500 mg of choline bitartrate, 178 mg of vitamin C, 250 mg of CocOganic coconut water powder, and 25 mg of AstraGin, along with an electrolyte blend of 900 mg or more. The label notes that the product contains tree nuts (coconut) and is made in the USA with ingredients of international and domestic origin.
