Each serving contains sodium from sodium chloride, potassium from potassium gluconate, and a Hydration Complex made up of high concentration glycerol powder (65% glycerol) and taurine. The other ingredient listed is silicon dioxide.

Mandatory information
Initial (first serving) Directions: Take 1/2 scoop of GlycerGrow 2 with 3 ounces of cold water 30 minutes pre-workout to assess your individual tolerance. If you experience any unusual occurrence, stop and consult your doctor. Directions For Regular Use: Take 1 scoop of GlycerGrow 2 30 minutes pre-workout. For best results, GlycerGrow 2 should be used in combination with other Controlled Labs products, at least 1 gallon of water per day, a high protein/moderate carbohydrate diet, and a hypertrophy/volume training workout protocol.
