Glutamine Xplode, Pineapple flavour, is a powder supplied in a 500g pack, providing 50 servings of 10 g each. Each serving delivers 5.5 g of L-glutamine, 1.5 g of L-leucine and 0.25 g of cystine.

The ingredient declaration also lists thickener (gum arabic), acidity regulators (citric acid, sodium citrates), flavourings, colour E 150d, microencapsulated L-ascorbic acid (PureWay-C®, containing vitamin C and citrus bioflavonoids), sweeteners (acesulfame K, sucralose), nicotinamide (niacin), sodium selenite, cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12), pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6) and pteroylmonoglutamic acid (folic acid), along with a range of colours that vary depending on the flavour of the product.

Each serving provides 80 mg of vitamin C, 16 mg of niacin, 55 µg of selenium, 1.4 mg of vitamin B6, 200 µg of folic acid and 2.5 µg of vitamin B12. It is produced in a factory that also processes eggs, milk proteins, soya, nuts, fish, gluten, peanuts and shellfish ingredients.
