Description

Calcium Magnesium plus Zinc is supplied in tablet form, with 100 tablets per pack. A daily serving of 3 tablets provides 1000 mg of calcium (as calcium carbonate, calcium gluconate and calcium citrate), 400 mg of magnesium (as magnesium oxide, magnesium gluconate and magnesium citrate), and 15 mg of zinc (as zinc gluconate).

Other ingredients include microcrystalline cellulose, vegetable cellulose, citric acid, vegetable magnesium stearate, vegetable stearic acid, vegetable glycerin, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, titanium dioxide (colour) and carnauba wax. The label states the product is free of gluten, wheat, dairy, soy, yeast, sugar, artificial flavour, sweetener and colour.

The product is suitable for vegan and vegetarian diets, and is gluten free and lactose free.

Mandatory information

As a dietary supplement for adults, take three (3) tablets daily, preferably with a meal. May be distributed throughout the day, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
