AllDayYouMay Caffeinated - Legendary Series, Southern Sweet Tea flavor is a powder supplied in a 462 g pack, stated as 30 servings. Each scoop is approximately 15.4 g, mixed with water or another beverage before use.

The ingredient declaration includes a BCAA Blend (10:1:1) of L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine and L-Valine at 6,000 mg per serving; an Essential Amino Acid Blend of L-Phenylalanine, L-Threonine, L-Lysine HCl, L-Histidine HCl, L-Tryptophan and L-Methionine at 205 mg; a Conditionally Essential Amino Acid Blend of L-Glutamine, L-Carnitine L-Tartrate and N-Acetyl Cysteine; an Amino Acid Support Blend of L-Taurine, raw coconut water concentrate, HICA, bromelain and blueberry fruit powder; an Intra-Cellular Buffer Blend of Creatinol-O-Phosphate and Beta-Alanine; a Joint & Liver Support Blend of milk thistle, D-Glucosamine Sulfate Potassium and MSM at 650 mg; and a Natural Energy Blend of caffeine from green tea extract and PurCaf organic caffeine from green coffee bean extract, totaling 125 mg caffeine per serving. Vitamin C, Vitamin B6, Vitamin B12, calcium and phosphorus are also listed. Other ingredients are natural and artificial flavors, citric acid, malic acid, sucralose, acesulfame potassium and silicon dioxide.

Mandatory information

As a dietary supplement, mix 1 scoop with 10–12 oz (approx. 300–355 ml) of water before, during, or after a workout. Mix 1 scoop with 12–16 oz of cold water and consume 1–2 servings per day, typically first thing in the morning. When using in combination with another All Day You May product, do not exceed a total of 3 servings of any version per day.
