Description

This is a powder supplied in a 200 g pack, stated on the label as 20 servings. Each serving is 10 g, measured as 2.5 scoops.

The ingredients are L-glutamine, L-leucine, emulsifier (rapeseed lecithin), L-valine, L-isoleucine, acidity regulator (citric acid), flavourings, and sweeteners sucralose and acesulfame K. Per 100 g the powder provides 40000 mg L-glutamine, 20000 mg L-leucine, 10000 mg L-isoleucine and 10000 mg L-valine; per 10 g serving this is 4000 mg L-glutamine, 2000 mg L-leucine, 1000 mg L-isoleucine and 1000 mg L-valine.

The label states that the product may contain milk (including lactose), soybeans, peanuts, other nuts, sesame seeds, cereals containing gluten, eggs, crustaceans and fish.

Mandatory information

Dissolve a single serving of the product 10 g (2.5 scoops) in 100–150 ml of water or juice. On workout days, drink two servings a day: one immediately after waking up, the other after training. On non-workout days, drink one portion after waking up.
