NOW FOODS Berberine Glucose Support provides 400 mg of Berberine HCl per softgel, sourced from Berberis aristata bark. Each softgel is formulated with 700 mg of MCT Oil (Medium-Chain Triglycerides).

The formula includes MCT Oil derived from palm and palm kernel oils. Capric Acid (C10), a naturally occurring medium-chain fatty acid present in the MCT Oil, is also listed per serving, reflecting NOW's commitment to full ingredient transparency.
