Natures Way Vitamin B-100 Complex (60 Capsules)

Vitamin B-100 Complex is supplied in capsule form, with 60 capsules per container. Each capsule provides thiamin 100 mg, riboflavin 100 mg, niacin 100 mg, vitamin B6 50 mg, folate 666 µg DFE (from 400 µg folic acid), vitamin B12 100 µg, biotin 100 µg, pantothenic acid 100 mg, choline 25 mg and inositol 100 mg.

The capsule shell is made from gelatin, with cellulose and magnesium stearate as other ingredients. The label states the product does not contain gluten, dairy, colors, artificial flavors or wheat.
