Milk Thistle is supplied in capsule form, with 60 capsules per container. Each capsule provides 175 mg of Milk Thistle (seed) extract standardized to 80% silymarin (140 mg), along with 120 mg of Blessed Thistle (stem, leaf, flower).

The capsule shell is a plant-derived capsule made from hypromellose, with cellulose among the other ingredients. The label states the product is free of gelatin, gluten, corn, soy, dairy, artificial colors, artificial flavors, wheat, preservatives and salt, and notes that individuals with allergies to plants of the Asteraceae (Compositae) family, including ragweed, should use this product with caution.
