Description
This is a powder supplied in a 314 g (11.08 oz) pack, with 20 servings per container at a serving size of 1 scoop (~15.7 g). It is mixed with water or another beverage before use.
Each serving provides L-Leucine (Fermented, Aminature®) 2.5 g, L-Isoleucine (Fermented, Aminature®) 1.25 g, L-Valine (Fermented, Aminature®) 1.25 g, L-Citrulline (Fermented, Aminature®) 3 g, CarnoSyn® Beta-Alanine 1.6 g, Coconut Water Powder 500 mg, Taurine 500 mg, L-Tyrosine 500 mg and PurCaf® Organic Caffeine (from green coffee beans) 124 mg. The other ingredients are citric acid, natural flavor, tartaric acid, silicon dioxide, sodium citrate, steviol glycosides, sucralose, beet root juice powder (color) and calcium silicate.
The label states it contains tree nuts (coconut). It is noted as suitable for vegan, vegetarian, gluten free and lactose free diets.

Mandatory information
Mix one scoop in 12–16 ounces (355–475 ml) of water. Shake or stir for 10 seconds. Add more or less water to find your ideal sweetness. Take during exercise on training days, as a pre-workout alternative, or throughout the day on non-training days.
