Mandatory information

Take one scoop of NaughtyBoy® Hydration (8.5g) with 400ml of ice cold water and mix together. Vary the amount of liquid to suit your taste preference. Consume during or after training, daily consumption may vary dependant upon exercise frequency, duration and intensity. NaughtyBoy® Hydration can also be consumed on non training days.
