Each scoop provides a Proprietary Matrix of 5 g, containing L-Leucine, L-Valine, L-Isoleucine, L-Lysine, L-Phenylalanine, L-Threonine, L-Methionine, L-Tryptophan, L-Tyrosine, L-Cystine and L-Leucine Malate. It also contains an Extended Time Release Proprietary Anti-Catabolic and Insulingenic Matrix of 210 mg, made up of Bitter Melon Fractional Extract, Coffee Bean Concentrate, and Vitamin & Mineral NNU Co-Factors, including Vitamin B-1 0.7 mg, Vitamin B-3 9 mg, Vitamin B-6 1 mg, Vitamin B-12 1.5 µg, Magnesium Citrate 87.5 mg, Calcium Carbonate 175 mg and Zinc Gluconate 3.75 mg. The remaining ingredients are sucralose, malic acid, acesulfame potassium, maltodextrin, gum acacia, natural flavor and silicon dioxide as an anti-caking agent.

Mandatory information
Mix one (1) scoop with 8–10 ounces of cold water, 20 minutes prior to exercise or competition, and immediately after. Drink one to two (1-2) servings three (3) to six (6) times daily. For best results always drink one to two (1-2) servings 20 minutes prior to exercise or competition, and immediately after. Athletes may drink up to two (2) servings per use, up to six (6) times daily, at least two (2) hours apart. HumaPro may be enjoyed with meals to improve nutrient partitioning potential.
