Description

Endurance Energy, Blackcurrant is a powder supplied in a 1500g pack, stated on the label as 30 servings. Each serving is one scoop of 50g.

The ingredients are maltodextrin, fructose, acid (citric acid), natural flavour, sodium chloride, colours (beetroot red, brilliant blue FCF), calcium carbonate, tripotassium citrate, trisodium citrate, sweeteners (steviol glycosides from stevia, sucralose) and magnesium citrate. Per serving the label states 800 kJ / 191 kcal, 48g of carbohydrates and 300mg of total electrolytes, with sodium, calcium, potassium and magnesium present from the ingredients listed.

The label states no common allergens are included, though it is produced in a facility that handles milk, soya, eggs, fish, celery, cereals containing gluten and products thereof. It is labelled vegan, vegetarian, gluten free and lactose free.

Mandatory information

Mix 1 heaped scoop (50g) with 500ml of water in a bottle and shake well. Once mixed with water, consume within 24hrs. Consume 500ml every 45-60 minutes of exercise or as required. Carbohydrate loading strategy: consume up to 4 servings per day with or in-between meals. Scoops are estimate only, weighing scales are recommended.
