Wellwoman Energy is an effervescent tablet supplement, lime flavoured, supplied in a pack of 10 tablets. Each tablet provides Vitamin C, Thiamin, Riboflavin, Niacin, Vitamin B6, Folic Acid, Vitamin B12, Biotin, Pantothenic Acid, Magnesium, Iron and Zinc, along with L-Carnitine Tartrate and Guarana Extract (2.5% Caffeine).

The ingredient list also includes citric acid, sweeteners (sucralose and sorbitol), sodium bicarbonate, potassium hydrogen carbonate, magnesium carbonate, maltodextrin, lime flavouring and starch. The label states the product is made on a site that may handle nuts, contains polyols, and contains low levels of natural caffeine at 0.4 mg per tablet. It also notes that the product contains iron, which if taken in excess may be harmful to very young children.
