Swanson MultiOmega 3-6-9 brings together three premium, GMO-free oil sources — Flax Oil, Borage Oil, and Fish Oil 18/12 — in a single convenient softgel. Each serving delivers a broad spectrum of essential and non-essential fatty acids, including Omega-3 ALA, EPA, and DHA; Omega-6 GLA and Linoleic Acid; and Omega-9 Oleic Acid, supporting a well-rounded fatty acid intake as part of a balanced diet.
DHA contributes to the maintenance of normal brain function and normal vision. EPA and DHA contribute to the normal function of the heart.
