Natrol Melatonin 3mg tablets are a straightforward, no-frills supplement. Each tablet delivers 3mg of melatonin — a hormone naturally produced by the body — alongside Vitamin B-6 and Calcium.
Melatonin contributes to the alleviation of subjective feelings of jet lag. For this effect, take near bedtime on the first day of travel and for the first few days after arrival at the destination. Natrol's tablets are vegetarian, gluten free, and free from a wide range of common allergens, artificial colours, flavours, and added sugars.
Presented in a convenient 60-tablet pack, each bottle provides a two-month supply at the recommended one-tablet-per-day serving, taken 30 minutes before bedtime.
