BCAA, Tropical is a powder supplied in a 390g pack, stated on the label as 30 servings. Each serving is 13g, providing a BCAA 2:1:1 blend of L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine and L-Valine, along with additional L-Isoleucine and L-Valine.

Other ingredients include resistant dextrin, acidity regulators (citric acid, malic acid, tri-sodium citrate), L-glutamine, flavouring, coconut water powder, magnesium citrate, sweeteners (acesulfame K, sucralose, steviol glycosides from stevia), mono potassium phosphate, colours (curcumin, allura red), anti-caking agent (calcium silicate), and vitamins nicotinamide (B3), pyridoxine hydrochloride (B6), thiamine hydrochloride (B1) and cyanocobalamin (B12). The label states this product may contain milk, gluten, egg, crustaceans, fish, soy, celery, sulphites and mustard.

Per 13g serving it provides 152 kJ / 35 kcal, 1.0g carbohydrates, 1.5g fibre, 3.4g L-leucine, 1.8g L-isoleucine, 1.8g L-valine, 0.9g L-glutamine, 0.5g coconut water powder, 2.9mg vitamin B1, 4.1mg vitamin B6 and 55mg magnesium.
